Tokaji Szamorodni Sweet

Description

Tokai Szamorodni is a dessert wine produced using whole bunches of healthy and botrytized grapes together, resulting in a sweeter wine. Expect generous aromas of pear, dried fig and apricot with honey notes. It is sweet and medium-bodied with balanced acidity and fig and apricot flavours. Pair with a fruity dessert.

Tasting Notes

Deep lemon yellow in colour with a subdued nose of white plum and golden raisin; the palate is medium-sweet and bodied with medium acidity and flavours of baked apple and raisin followed by an enduring preserved peach-like finish.

Perfect with creamy desserts like cheesecake or with fruit-based cobblers.
