Selbach's 2018 Graacher Domprobst Riesling Spätlese is still reductive yet very clear and flinty on the coolish, pure and aromatically fruity nose with its aromas of ripe and lush yellow-fleshed stone fruit. Lush and crystalline on the palate, this is a charmingly round and seductive Spätlese with crystalline structure, mouthwatering acidity and lingering salinity.
