Description

The Vaudésir climat has several qualities that shape its singular style. It's shaped like an amphitheatre, which means half the vines face south and half southwest, creating nuanced ripening periods. Also, the limestone soils here contain more clay than other areas, resulting in a distinct minerality and noted balance. This floral Chablis shows crushed stone and citrus notes and will cellar into the mid-to-late-2030s.
