Les Vaudevey is the left bank terroir on kimmeridgian soil that really delivers the sunshine in Chablis. In many respects the concept is hyperbolized in a perfect vintage that delivered warm, dry and elongated to the nth degree. This by Laroche takes exactitude from place and climate, merges them into all that speaks of what is optimum and delivers a flawless chardonnay performance. It's just so spot on and right.
