La Marca Prosecco

Description

Here's a bright, dry Prosecco with notes of nuts, crunchy Asian pear, and an intriguing saline quality with a touch of honey. An alm ond/marzipan character emerges again on the finish. Chill, and enjoy on its own or pair with pan-seared or lightly grilled seafood, or with sushi. The 375 mL bottle is perfect for small groups.

Tasting Notes

... a delicious prosecco that you can sip on its own to take to the table. There's plenty of fruit here, and the flavours hold well from start to finish, with plenty of definition and complexity. The acidity shows through well, adding clean brightness to the texture, there are plenty of fine bubbles, and the mousse has both substance and softeness. It's a glass of pleasure.
