Description

A ripe, juicy sparkler with delicately and precisely defined apple, pear and yellow plum. There's a shortbread undertone and some tropical, honeyed notes on the fringes.

You can't go wrong with Cattin, this finely wrought Crémant a testament to centuries of winemaking expertise. It's dry, the mousse fine and creamy, floral and mineral notes complement citrus and crisp, tasty green apple on the palate.
