Description

The term Crémant was established in 1990 to refer to traditional method sparkling wines made outside the Champagne region. This expressive Crémant de Limoux shows aromas of dried herbs, fresh grapefruit and orchard fruit. The palate is dry and well-balanced with flavours of citrus, apple and white peach.

Tasting Notes

Clear, pale yellow; aromas of green apple, pear and citrus. The palate is dry and medium bodied with medium acid; look for flavours of light toast, citrus and ripe pear followed by a cleansing finish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fruit based desserts or white meat dishes like chicken, pork or fish.
