Yuki Hotaru (Snow Firefly) Sake

Description

A Honjozo-Styled Sake from Niigata, Japan it is made from local varieties in the region with the aim to produce a clean and pure sake. Bottled without preservaties and is Sulfite free.

Tasting Notes

Great entry level sake! Fruity and floral on the nose while it is drier on the palate. A smooth silky mouthfeel with a crisp and refreshing finish, yet its subtle sweetness is quite satisfying. Not only its aroma and flavour, but also its friendly price is reasonable for many consumers.
