Description

Rairaku Junmai Ginjo is a clear, clean and crisp sake highlighted by its elegant aromas and flavours. The nose and palate bring mineral and floral notes together with balanced fruitiness, evoking banana, citrus and stone fruit. It is an excellent food pairing sake, matching well with tempura, pun fare or barbecue.

Tasting Notes

Using Yamada Nishiki for the kojimai (rice for koji) and Gohyakumangoku for the kakemai (rice for brewing), results in moderate body and a smooth, dry finish which allows for continuous, repeated enjoyment.
