Kadoguchi was founded in 1869 and is situated in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture. This sake is airy and supple, offering up s ophisticated notes of spring flowers, grass, savoury herbs and mineral. Delicate and lithe, it can be served chilled or warmed; try it both ways to experience the full range of aromas and flavours it contains and to discover your favourite method.

Tasting Notes

A lovely, milky floral nose on this light, delicate and ethereal Junmai Sake. Notes of grass, mineral and white flower. Evocative of the Spring with pretty notes of crocesus and cherry blossom that linger on the finish. Elegant. Try with grilled calamari. Tasted November 2013. Score - 90.
