Peljesac Red

Description

This fruit-forward red from the south Dalmatia Coast of Croatia is produced using the indigenous Plavic Mali varietal. Aromas of plum with raspberry and cherry notes dominate the nose, with flavours of red berry fruit, chocolate, Mediterranean herbs and spice on the well-integrated palate. Enjoy it with grilled meats.

Tasting Notes

Pale ruby colour; prominent notes of plum, raspberry and cherry; the palate is dry, medium-bodied and filled with more flavours of red berry fruit and savoury herbal notes; well integrated tannins; finishes with pleasant spice notes.
