Cabernet Sauvignon is in the driving seat here, with 40% Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot its fellow passengers. 2016 wasn't an easy vintage, but Louis Strydom has handled the conditions well, producing a wine that's serious, deeply coloured, yet well balanced, with coffee bean oak and flavours of dried herbs and intense dark berry fruit. 2022-2028.
