Description

Rossi Travarica is made from distilled Istrian Malvasia pomace, enriched with 15 Mediterranean aromatic herbs. After distillation, it is aged for 6 months in oak barrels resulting in a yellow, golden colour and of fine density. On the nose you will find walnut, almonds, hazelnut, and sage. On the palate it is dry, warm, and intense with a long, slightly bitter finish.
