Created in Kitchener-Waterloo, KW uses a custom blend of tart, juicy and crisp, locally sourced apples. This dry and refreshing cider reveals notes of apple, citrus and spice. It's medium-bodied with tart apple flavours and a fresh, crisp finish. Enjoy it on its own or pair it with roast pork or poultry.

Tasting Notes

Created in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, KW uses freshly pressed apples that are cultivated within a 150km radius from the cidery. Lovely golden colour with aromas of freshly crushed apples, citrus, hints of spice and vanilla; light-bodied and soft on the palate with refreshing tart apple flavours lead to a crisp finish.

Serving Suggestion

The tart and refreshing flavours here are well suited to barbecued pork, especially pulled pork sandwiches.
