Made with 100% Grey County apples, this artisanal cider is cold-pressed and filtered, preserving fresh and crisp apple flavours. Pleasantly robust aromas and flavours of juicy apple and citrus are showcased on the medium-bodied palate with moderate carbonation and a refreshing finish. Pair with a bacon and cheddar burger.

Tasting Notes

Pours a clear straw colour with a thin head. The nose offers aromas of stewed apple and subtle pear; the palate is dry, medium-bodied and subtle with light apple and floral flavours and average carbonation followed by a medium-length and refreshing finish.
