Phillips Electric Unicorn White Ipa

Description

This White IPA is brewed with classic ingredients, Belgian yeast, coriander and orange peel. Sweet banana and fruit flavours are balanced against a zesty citrus and hoppy background. The dry finish will be a great compliment to a juicy burger.

Tasting Notes

Clear straw with gold highlights and a thin layer of foam; aromas of citrus, lemon, orange, apple, peach, malt and wheat; moderate flavours of toasted wheat, citrus fruits; medium bodied, soft, creamy carbonation that is balanced by a touch of refreshing bitter hops on the long finish.

Enjoy this on its own or paired with lighter dishes such as salads or sushi.
