Description

Tasting Notes

The Indie Alehouse Brewing Company has resided in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood since 2012. Their Instigator IPA boasts an exotic fruit bowl of aromas: think orange, mango and pineapple. The tropical notes replay as juicy flavours and add to a subtle malt note. The finish has a nice hop bite. Pair with jerk chicken.
