Description

Slight bitterness, fruity hops, and sweetness. Full bodied despite its alcohol by volume. Designed to be all the flavour of an IPA but without the high alcohol by volume content. An all season beer you can drink for all occasions.

Tasting Notes

Four Fathers Brewing Co. was founded by four hockey dads and their sons. The Starter is dry-hopped using the Galaxy variety, which is high in essential oils, resulting in forward citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Full-bodied and fruity, with light bitterness, balancing malty sweetness and low alcohol.

Serve with barbecue favourites, planked salmon, or sushi.
