Chimay Triple, called 'Cinq Cents' was developed by Father Théodore in 1966, making it the most recent of Chimay's recipes. This strong blond beer boasts notes of raisin, citrus peel and clove balanced by bitter hop notes and aromas. Enjoy this dry, Trappist brew alongside lighter cheeses or grilled fish.

Tasting Notes

Fine creamy head; cloudy golden amber colour; Aromas of clove, nutmeg, caramel, dried fruit, citrus peel and fresh hops; Dry, rich, creamy/malty mouthfeel with soft acidity, flavours of spice and dried fruit; a pleasant bitter finish.
