Most drivers complete their first delivery within 5-7 days of applying. After you submit your application, upload your documents, and pass the background check, you'll be approved to start delivering.

Absolutely! While we aim to limit the number of drivers and maximize the revenue drivers make - there are no minimum hours or fixed shifts. Work whenever you want, as much or as little as you want. Many drivers work full time, and many others work around their main job, school, or family commitments.

We mainly operate a closed network. This is to help make sure we maintain a balanced match between the number of available drivers and the anticipated volume of orders. This means we can try to avoid scenarios where an excess of drivers are online with insufficient orders to go around. It’s our way of trying to keep everybody busy and making money. Submitting your availability is easy. Simply submit when you’d like to deliver by midnight every Wednesday and, the following day, we’ll email your schedule as well as update the My Schedule page in app. When things are busy, you might have the opportunity to spontaneously begin delivering by accessing the app without a booked run, referred to as “open runs.” The availability of open runs is not guaranteed so we recommend you submit your availability each week.

Any reliable car, SUV, or truck works! Your vehicle must have valid insurance and be in good working condition. Most orders fit easily in a standard sedan trunk.

Yes! As an independent contractor, you're free to deliver for multiple platforms. Many of our drivers work with other apps during their downtime to maximize earnings.
