Pale platinum straw colour. Floral, sweet melon and Asian pear aromas. A rich slightly tannic entry leads to a fruity sweet, oily meidum-to full-bodied palate with a touch of peppery spice and balsa. A richly flavoured sake that appeals to aficionados or novices.
