Description

The 2019 Burrowing Owl Sauvignon Blanc contains a dash of Semillon, and 35% of the juice underwent barrel fermentation and saw three months in new French barrels, bringing toast and spice to the final wine. A small portion saw time in acacia barrels, which imparted structure and texture. A fresh, crisp, balanced wine, with melon and grapefruit citrus tones. Pair with smoked salmon.
