The 2019 Berncasteler Doctor Riesling Auslese is precise, refined and fresh on the tropical, finely concentrated nose that reveals a fine botrytis tone with lemon and pink grapefruit aromas. The palate is dense, crystalline, finely concentrated, very finessed and persistently salty, namely on the stimulating finish that is long, refined and tensioned and reveals very fine bitters.
