Superripe, evolving nicely now, syrah is a grape that Burrowing Owl does so well, and showcases its potential in the Okanagan. Fruit billows in the black berry spectrum, black cherry, black berry, accented by well measured oak influence and its chocolate and roasted coffee imports, while firm tannins keep everything on the rails.
