J.P. Wiser's Mortimer's Dilemma

Create a mulled wine (see below) and let cool.
Combine with all other ingredients in a rocks glass and enjoy
Jacob’s Creek Mulled Wine
1 Large Cinnamon Stick
Zest of 2 Lemons
5 Star Anise Pods
Tablespoon Whole Black Peppercorn
1/2 Cup Grated Fresh Ginger
1 Bottle of Jacobs Creek Red Wine
2 Cups Brown Sugar
Simmer on the stove until sugar dissolves

A drink made with mulled with wine is great to enjoy up your holiday gatherings.
