Flying Monkey

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2. Add vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
3. Secure the lid tightly on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix the ingredients and chill the drink.
4. Take a chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
5. Garnish the rim of the glass with a pineapple slice.
6. Serve the Flying Monkey cocktail immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also double the ingredients and make multiple servings at once if desired. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup according to your taste preference.
