This Italian liqueur is crafted using herbs and spices grown on the Berta estate. The colour is deep amber with complex aromas of camomile, orange peel, caramel and nuts. Full and intense on the palate with a great balance of herbaceous bitterness and caramel sweetness. Persistent herbs and spices on the lengthy finish.

Tasting Notes

This classic Italian liqueur is crafted using herbs and spices grown on the property at Berta. Often enjoyed as a digestive you can also mix it with tonic water and serve as a cocktail. Deep amber in colour. The nose is complex with aromas of camomile, nuts, orange peel and caramel. The palate is full, intense and perfectly balanced between herbaceous bitterness and caramel sweetness. The finish is long and persistent replete with herbs and spice.
