Organic grapes from Central Macedonia's Krania region go into this Domaine Katsaros Chardonnay. Floral, green apple, lemon, and mineral aromas join flavours of ripe peach and pineapple. The lengthy finish shares a hint of hazelnut and butter. Fantastic paired with hearty seafood chowder or lobster with drawn butter.

Tasting Notes

Produced from organic grapes, the wine offers floral notes with white fruit such as green apple and lemon, with a pronounced minerality. On the palate, the wine has aromas of ripe peach, pineapple and yellow apple with a touch of hazelnut and butter. The wine is medium bodied with a long finish. Pair it with grilled fish or lobster with a touch of butter.
