Description

A blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc from the calcium-rich lieux-dits of Cabrières and Palestor, the 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Extrait was made and aged in a combination of demi-muids and concrete. Scents of honeycomb accent ripe pear, pineapple and tangerine on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is rich and generous, almost velvety in feel, culminating in a long, vibrant and citrusy finish.
