Description

Domaine Simonis is one of the biodynamic pioneers in Alsace, eliminating chemicals over 20 years ago. The family has been cultivating vines in Ammerschwihr since the 17th century. Tangerine is a brand new wine made from Pinot Gris. The light red/orange colour comes from 10 days of skin contact maceration. Aromatic nose typical of Pinot Gris with notes of red currant, strawberries, and cherries. It will remind you of a red wine due to the maceration. Slightly tannic with a very nice length.
