Description

This sparkling Pinot Nero was sourced in the village of Casteggio in Oltrepò Pavese. After a slow stainless ferment (no MLF), this spent 30 months on yeast before dosage with 4 g/l in January 2019. Elegant and sophisticated, with white and pink florals, leading to a palate of toasted almonds and brioche. Fresh, fragrant, and balanced.
