Description

This is the second vintage of Ontario's first 100% Pinot Meunier sparkler. Pinot Meunier is best known as a component of the traditional Champagne blend (along with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir). The 2016 is a ripe, floral wine, with pear, apple, lychee, citrus, lemon, white grapefruit and bright, food-friendly acidity. Kew suggests pairing it with rotisserie-style peppered chicken and sweet-potato wedges.
