Description

Intense, bright ruby red colour. The aromatic nose shows notes of red and black fruit, coupled with savoury herbs, typical of the lambrusco varietals. The palate is structured, luscious and full-bodied with very well balanced tannins and acid to accompany the slight residual sugar. It is extremely concentrated and enveloping with round mouthfeel, perfect with the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna.
