A rosé to cool off with in the summer, this 100% pinot noir comes from vineyards planted in 2007 on the granitic soils in the hills of the Coastal Range in Las Dichas, one of the areas closest to the sea in the Casablanca Valley. It has very light body, firm, juicy acidity, and red fruit flavors. Ideal for salmon ceviche. Score - 90. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2021)
