Description

This Rosato is produced from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, made with a soft press, then skins removed and vinified in steel. In the glass you can find aromas of apple and peach blossom, there is pleasant acidity and a mineral finish that remembers well the volcanic soil from where the grapes came from. It is a versatile wine, it pairs well with cheese, fish, white meat and veggies. Drink 2019-2026
