Description

This wine was aged four months before undergoing a second fermentation on freshly fermented Amarone skins for 20 days. It was then aged for 18 months in casks and barrels before bottling. The result is a wine with bold, complex fruit, earth and spice tones. An easy choice for all your barbecuing needs, it will go with steak, burgers or ribs, but will also be a nice match for pizza.
