Description

This red AOC Côtes du Rhône is a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. The yield was 40 hectolitres per hectare. With a dark ruby robe, this lovely red wine expresses aromas of black cherries, red berries, new suede and exotic spices. It is round and medium-bodied with a fine tannic structure and complexity. This serious red would be a delight with roast beef, a rib steak and medium cheeses. Drinking nicely now, it will cellar for the next four to five years.
