Description

The barrel-aged 2017 Saint Chinian Au Fil De Soi, a blend of 35% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 15% Carignan, offers up scents of crushed stone, violets, licorice and mixed berries. Supple and delicious, it's medium to full-bodied but balanced, with silky tannins and just enough acidity to rein in the fruit's exuberance and give it a focused and savory finish.
