My red wine of the year reflects the luminosity and magic of this remarkable site, high in the Andes at the top of Elqui Valley. Made from a cuvée of Syrah with 15% Garnacha and 3% Petite Sirah, it's an intense, concentrated, foudre-aged number that's wild, savoury, vivid and well structured with incredible energy and focus and a unique sense of place.
