Description

Villa Mora ages this wine for five years before release, and even so, the tannins are primary. There's a nice depth of dried berry fruit, cherry and baking spice, with a rustic undertow. Excellent acidity and firm tannins show that this wine has a long life ahead of it. Decant for two hours tonight and serve with osso buco, or follow its evolution till 2030.
