Description

This wine was fermented in cement before spending a year in barriques. Individual lots were then blended together to create the final wine, which spent another six months in large barrels. The result is ripe and juicy, with red and black berry, earth, dried herbs, black pepper, and a refined iron-like minerality. A wine of great definition.
