I tasted three vintages of the exceptional top-of-the-range red in a mini-vertical, as I also retasted the 2013 Alto, mostly Malbec from Las Compuertas with some Cabernet Sauvignon from El Cepillo, mixing different grapes and terroirs from Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco in Mendoza. There is high ripeness and 15% alcohol. And even after four-and-a-half years in bottle, there is noticeable oak, from its 14 months in new French oak barrels. Drink date: 2019-2023. Score - 94.
