Description

The only wine I was able to taste from this estate, the 2017 Vacqueyras looks to be a smoking effort that has everything you could want from this region. Tons of ripe red and black fruits, lots of spice, cedar, and floral nuances, medium to full body, silky tannins, and a great finish all make for one seriously good barrel sample. It has the balance and purity to drink nicely right out of the gate yet also age gracefully. Maturity: after 2018 [through 2027+]. Score - 92-94. (jebdunnuck.com, Sept. 26, 2018)
