Cantina Valpolicella Negrar has been creating superb wines for 85 years. This red is made by drying grapes for a short period of time (appassimento) resulting in a smooth and rich wine. Medium to full-bodied with lifted aromas and flavours of licorice, smoke and dark fruit lingering on the smooth finish. Serve with pizza.
