Consistently among my favourite Cabernet Francs in Argentina, this is one of those poised, unhurried wines that seems very settled in its skin, as it were. White pepper and green herb aromas segue into a palate that's smooth, intense and floral, with notes of liquorice, cassis and black cherry, caressing tannins and a finish that lingers on the tongue.
