Description

A rich, earthy mezcal that reflects the characteristics of the northern valleys of Puebla. The agave is cooked in a lava rock-lined pit for four days, then fermented in open air vats and double distilled in a copper still. Aromas and flavours of eucalyptus, camphor and smoke with a roasted agave sweetness on the finish.
