Named for the woman who saved the recipe for this liquor while fleeing from Spain to Jamaica; re-discovered in the 1940s when it became produced and marketed. Serving Suggestion

This delicious coffee flavoured liqueur can be used to mix up a variety of flavourful cocktails. Try a Tia Mint Frappe:
1oz. Tia Maria
2oz. Espresso
6 fresh mint leaves
2oz. fresh milk
Drop mint leaves into a shaker add all other ingredients. Shake, pour over ice. Stir and serve garnished with a fresh sprig of mint.
