Description

Brilliant yellow hue with lovely coppery highlights. The nose shows subtle perfumes of Tahitian vanilla, which is underpinned by notes of apricot confit and a hint of Sezchuan pepper. Buttery and beautifully well rounded on the palette with abundant flavours of toasted hazelnuts and generous touches of Corinthian raisins. The finish is both rich and long, carried on a structure of light tannins, leading to wonderful, lingering peppery notes.
