A.D.M. (After Dinner Mint)

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2. Pour 1 ½ oz. of Crème de Menthe into the shaker.
3. Add 1 ½ oz. of Crème de Cacao to the shaker.
4. Pour 1 oz. of heavy cream into the shaker.
5. Securely close the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix the ingredients and chill the cocktail.
6. Take a chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail into it, discarding the ice cubes.
7. Garnish the cocktail with a fresh mint leaf or two, placing them gently on top of the drink.
8. Serve the A.D.M. cocktail immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also serve this cocktail on the rocks by pouring it over ice cubes in a rocks glass instead of using a martini glass.
