From Innovative Quebec brewery Glutenberg, a superb and flavourful gluten-free IPA made from millet, buckwheat, corn and black rice. Pale gold in colour with aromas and flavours of cereal grain, grapefruit, tea and apple. With balanced bitterness on the finish, this IPA is ideal with grilled shrimp, fish tacos or curries.
